Well, firstly I can see that there is a doctor who is wearing a purple tie in the middle. He has a stethoscope around his neck and is wearing lots of protective gears such as facial masks and gloves. 

In the foreground, There is a woman sitting on a wheelchair, She seems to be waiting for a doctor to tell her a result a test.

In the background there is a woman sitting on a chair. She is typing something on a keyboard. Next to here the are shelves filled with many items.

Overall, it looks very busy.

 

가운데 의사 옆에 서 있는 파란색 유니폼 입은 여자분을 휠체어에 탄 여자분 대신 설명할 수 있지만 구도를 어떻게 잡아서 이야기할지 정해놓고 시간 안에만 깔끔하게 말하는 게 고득점의 지름길입니다.
