Well, firstly, I can notice that There are four people sitting around a table. The man on the left side who is wearing a buisness suit is looking at a waitress. 

The waitress wearing blue apron seems to be taking orders from the customer and writing something on a notebook.

On the top of the table there are four dishes filled with salads and 5 glasses filled with different kinds of wine.

It seems very cheerful here.

 

전반적으로 4명이나 되는 사람을 모두 묘사하기에는 시간이 턱없이 부족하기에 여러 명이 있을 때는 초점을 누구로 잡을 것인지 정하고 말을 시작하는 게 좋습니다.
